Sleep is so vital to overall wellness. Sleep deprivation cause cardiovascular issues and a weakened immune system.It can increase hunger and weight gain. 

When we are sleepy, we make poor food choices and are more likely to eat more food than what they need . 

Good sleeping habits promote proper recovery muscle and brain growth.
